High pressure technology
In pressure testing, the safety and integrity of components is tested. A gas or liquid is used to test the components. There are three types of tests: a leak test, a proof test and a burst test. A leak test indicates weaknesses in the product design and points out any cracks or holes. A proof test is used to determine the manufacturing or assembly quality and reliability of a product. A burst test shows the pressure at which a product fails. Resato supplies various systems and components to carry out these pressure tests.
Field pressure test systems
In certain circumstances in the oil and gas industry it is required that an object is tested on your production location. For these kinds of situations, we have several well integrity test skids, pump skids and gas booster skids at our disposal. The test sytems are compact and easy to move. This way you can perform tests at a desired location and time. Many of our test systems can also be used as a controlling system, so that you can bleed in a controlled way. So you only need one device for different solutions.
Pressure test bays
In addition to separate systems, Resato also offers fully equipped test bays. We offer you the choice. We can equip a test room selected by you, but we can also provide a fully equipped mobile bay. With the latter option, equipment is placed in a container. Whatever option you choose, safety and reliability are always paramount.
