- Aluminium chequred protection cover over valve block.
- Emergency handle for control valve block so the hook loader can be operated in case of a malfunction in-cab controls.
- Main lift cylinder has a separate manifold with built in hose burst protection, over center valve.
- High strength hydraulic container locking (ADR approved)
- All pivoting points are provided with greased bronze bearings.
- Tipping hook provided with integrated and automatic safe self-locking latch mechanism that mechanically locks and unlocks using an excentre weight.
- The standard removable hook is made of low wear WELDOX steel with a yield-strength of 700MPa.
- Further safety is provided during the unloading procedure as tipping frame automatically and mechanically locks onto the main frame into clasps located on the inner side of the bottom frame runners.
- CE certified tiltable sideguards brackets with easy opening allowing quick and easy access for maintenance of vehicle.
- High quality CE mudguard from lightweight, rigid and UV resistant polyethylene material.
